12 O´Clock Boys är en cool, snygg men också problematiserande dokumentärfilm om de legendariska MC-åkarna som varje söndag kör sina motorcyklar på bakhjulet genom Baltimore city.

I filmen följer vi Pug, en pojke vars högsta dröm är att bli del av gänget, anledningen är inte så enkel som man först tror:  ”Growing up in the city, you will see it all. You will learn the right way to do all the wrong shit, in Baltimore City! You walk outside, on a corner you see mother fuckers hustling, shooting, dealing drugs, selling pussy… one of the first things you see that’s positive… is those guys riding dirtbike. – I’m gonna be one o those twelve ‘o clock boys!”
