Jadakiss är snart tillbaka med ett nytt soloalbum. Efter att ha tittar förbi HipHopDX kontor avslöjade han nyligen releasedatumet för hans femte album “Ignatius”.
“New album coming out late February. February 28. I’m not sure, you know it’s a lot of things in this business with clearances and things of that nature. But new album, February 28, Ignatius! Rest in peace my brother Ignatius ‘Icepick’ Jay Jackson.”

Albumet är namngivet efter hans forne Ruff Ryders-kollega “Icepick” Jackson, en producent och A&R som gick bort i cancer 2017. Om albumet säger rapparen till DX:
“The project is beautiful. It’s not like nothing out there. It’s not turn-up; it’s real pain … it’s just real music. It’s real musical. It’s beautiful. You need it. I love how it’s put together sonically. I think my fans, old and new, will be able to really enjoy this body of work.”
Håll utkik för albumet i slutet av februari alltså! Så länge, återbesök Jadas senaste skiva “Top 5 Dead Or Alive” från 2015. Förhoppningsvis får vi även se rapparen i Sverige i sommar, då The Lox tillsammans med Nas, DMX och DJ Premier (Gang Starr) tar “Gods of Rap II Tour” till Europa.
