I slutet av förra veckan blev det officiellt att fotbolls-EM, officiellt benämt “UEFA EURO 2024”, kommer till fotbollsspelet “EA SPORTS FC 24”. I samband med starten av mästerskapen integreras en kostnadsfri uppdatering tillgänglig för alla “FC 24”-spelare på samtliga konsoler. EA SPORTS kommer att vara den officiella plattformen för UEFA:s officiella eEURO esportprogram, en helt ny turnering med Europas bästa EA SPORTS FC-spelare. I ett pressmeddelande säger Guy-Laurent Epstein, UEFA Marketing Director:
“We are delighted to further expand our partnership with EA SPORTS, with UEFA EURO 2024 becoming a part of the EA SPORTS FC™ game. UEFA EURO 2024 is one of the world’s most vibrant and exciting football tournaments, and we’re thrilled that the huge EA SPORTS FC 24 community across the globe will get the chance to engage with the tournament in such an authentic gaming environment. We also look forward, in coming weeks, to unveiling further details around the eEURO competitive gaming tournament.”
Från och med den 18 december tilldelas även fans som spelar EA SPORTS FC 24 innan den 16 januari en av Europas största stjärnor som en exklusiv Ultimate Team Player-item. För EA SPORTS FC Mobile, har spelare tillgång till chansen redan nu.
