Inför julhelgerna har Top Dawgt Ent arrangerat en julkonsert under flera års tid med sina främsta artister. Eftersom Kendrick Lamar lämnat bolaget så stod ScHoolboy Q och SZA för underhållningen vid årets konsert i Nickerson Gardens Housing Project i Los Angeles-stadsdelen Watts. När TDE-kollegan Jay Rock tidigare fått frågan om julkonserten menade han att det handlar om ge tillbaka där man kommer ifrån:
“I grew up here and for people to see us come back and give back, it’s a blessing. I was one of these kids out here too. This lets them know that they can do this too. If there’s a kid out there trying to strive for something great, it’s motivation that no matter where you come from, you can make it out if you stay dedicated.”
I samband med julkonserten tycktes även ScHoolboy Q bekräfta att nytt albumprojekt kommmer till 2024, då han upprepade frasen “I’ll be back” på en direkt fråga om vad framtiden håller.
