Westside Gunn har sannerligen gjort stora avtryck inom hiphopkulturen under flera års tid, med god hjälp av Griselda Records-kollegorna Conway The Machine och Benny The Butcher. Arbetet med att ta fram fler artister fortsätter då Westside Gunn även signat artister som Stove God Cooks, Armani Caesar, Rome Streetz, Jay Worthy – och hans egen son Flygod JR. För den trogna Griselda-följaren så är det i högsta grad bekant, att det ofta släpps ett projekt i #HWH-serien precis på höstkanten. 2022 är inget undantag då The Fly God ger ut nya albumet “10” och samtidigt meddelar att detta blir det sista projektet i serien. Han berättar vidare:
“It’s only right that we end here. All special things get a memorial release. The last double album was going to be the final one, but it felt weird leaving off at nine and not 10. I had to celebrate this series which has meant so much to fans. Everything I do sounds nothing like the last thing I did. That’s the creative in me, and I’m always going to push the culture forward. I’m ending this on a really special note with 10.”
