Den hyllade brittiske rapparen Stormzy kommer i höst figurera i spelet “Watch Dogs: Legion”. I spelet kommer det gå att göra ett uppdrag i London till musiken från låten “Rainfall”, för att säkra att han kan spela sin musik på radio. Stormzy säger i ett pressmeddelande:
“I am proud and honoured to announce that I am a part of Watch Dogs: Legion. You lot are about to have your minds blown. What they have done in terms of recreating London is the most insane, epic, incredible thing I’ve ever seen, so I’m honoured to be a part of it.”
Clint Hocking, Creative Director på Ubisoft Toronto, säger vidare:
“We are thrilled for Stormzy to be a part of Watch Dogs: Legion. His music and what he speaks to as an artist is extremely relevant for our London setting, and for the larger themes of our game. It’s been almost a year since we had Stormzy in the studio to film his performance. He lit up the room, and captivated us all. He’s a great collaborator, and it was a career highlight for us to get to work with him.”
“Watch Dogs: Legion” släpps 29:e oktober 2020 till PC, PS4, Xbox One och Google Stadia. Spelet och uppdraget kommer även finnas till Xbox Series X och Xbox Series S den 10:e november. Något datum är inte utannonserat för PlayStation 5.
