I december utsågs de nominerade i ett flertal kategorier inför Grammy Awards 2019. Bland nomineringarna till “Album of the Year” där vi bland annat hittar Drake, Cardi B, Janelle Monáe, H.E.R., Post Malone och soundtracket till “Black Panther”. Det betyder att sex av de åtta nominerade i denna kategori är hiphop eller R&B-album!
Vad gäller kategorin Best Rap Album hittar vi Cardi Bs “Invasion of Privacy”, Mac Miller (RIP) med “Swimming”, Nipsey Hussle med “Victory Lap”, Pusha T med “DAYTONA” samt Travis Scotts “Astroworld”. Se hela listan nedan!

I januari stod det klart att Alicia Keys kommer vara värd för Grammy Awards.
